Navigate the Future - Tasks & Challenges

• Being responsible for the definition, installation and launch of camera based systems (focus on optical systems)
• Defining requirements and functional objectives together with internal and external stakeholders
• Support of supplier sourcing by defining the component's product card and evaluating the supplier's maturity and design
• Review and approval validation plans
• Support of the test engineers in the definition of test environment and test cases, definition of corrective actions
• Being up-to date to the relevant regulatory and governmental requirements for the ADAS/AD functions and components to incorporate them in the component requirements

Start Your Engine - Skills & Experience

• Technical/hardware background (Electronics/Mechanics) with "Hands on mentality"
• Physics or optics background is an advantage
• Familiar with the development of camera based systems, a special focus on optical path definition is beneficial
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry
• At least 1-3 years of experience developing and launching ADAS/AD components
• Experience in projects or product development
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
